I’ve spent the last decade photographing the people, celebrations, and creative energy that make this city my home. I’m a lover of pizza, plants and any gadget I can justify calling “essential.” Most evenings you’ll find me on my bike taking in the neighborhood vibes. I’d rather be cold than hot, Mark is my middle name and your grandma will love me, I have references.

We adopted our daughter, and from the moment she was placed in our arms, we knew she was the one we’d been waiting for. What started as just the two of us has grown into a family.

I married my best friend, which makes everything lighter. We’re big on travel, and when we’re home, it’s either a slow evening ending on the porch or a house full of people. She’s a florist, she’s a mother and she’s truly mi amour.

Let’s not forget Indie. Some people treat their pets like their kids but not Indie - We got him three days before moving to New Orleans, and he’s been our self-appointed roommate ever since.
